Technical and professional performance
1. The tenderer has gained experience in the supply of motor vehicles in the last three years prior to this tender and can provide evidence of a reference project that meets the following requirements:
- At least one reference project from 2022, 2023 and 2024, with which the tenderer confirms that it is able to fulfill the contractually required export formalities for export to Botswana. This includes:
o the preparation of export documents, such as packing lists, customs invoices and certificates of origin, as well as
o information on the origin of the goods, dimensions and weight, customs tariff number and customs designation in German and English
