Appeal Procedures and Time Limits:
- A pre-contractual injunction may be filed until the contract is signed
in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 551-1 and R. 551-1 to R. 551-6 of the Code of Administrative Justice;
- A pre-contractual injunction may be brought from the date of signature of the contract, in accordance with Articles L. 551-13 and R. 551-7 to R. 551-10 of the Code of Administrative Justice, within 31 days if a contract award notice has been published, or within 6 months if no award notice has been published.
- An action challenging the validity of the contract may be brought, in accordance with the judgment of the Council of State of July 16, 2007, within two months following the completion of publicity measures specifying, in particular, the date of conclusion of the contract and its consultation procedures, accompanied, where applicable, by an application for interim relief pursuant to Article L 521-1 of the Code of Administrative Justice.
