lot-0001, title: electricity 2027 - édv zrt., baranya-víz zrt., description: the purchase and sale of electricity under a contract based on full supply in the dynamic procurement system (hereinafter: dbr) created by the contracting authority for the following contracting authority(ies) in a consolidated quantity: north transdanubian waterworks closed joint stock company quantity (kwh): 42,000,000 baranya-víz water utility service closed joint stock company quantity (kwh): 8,661,267 total planned quantity to be procured: 50,661,267 kwh/year, with the understanding that each contracting authority will enter into a separate contract and the quantity accounting will be carried out taking into account the interoperability conditions. in this bidding phase, the net unit price of electricity (energy fee) will be determined according to the formula in the draft contract: with the understanding that the user is entitled to fix the net unit price of electricity for the quantity of electricity to be delivered for the current month or later calendar year, quarter, month (hereinafter: "fixed period") in huf or eur currency as stated in the draft contract, up to 4 times a week, 8 times a month, on trading days falling between the 1st and 15th of each month, from monday to thursday between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. the purchase contract is for the continuous availability of standard quality electricity on the hungarian transmission network, under a full supply contract, without scheduling obligations. the current contract expires on: 2026.12.31. the energy service demand is continuous, time series, and adapted to the profile. the quality of the electricity product must meet the eu and hungarian requirements: msz en 50160: 2011 and msz 1:2002 standards. the conditions for changing the supplier are ensured for all consumption sites. the additional payment obligation arising from the energy efficiency obligation system introduced by the amendment of act lvii of 2015 regarding energy efficiency, resulting from the contracting authority's energy consumption, will not be assumed by the contracting authority without explicit and direct legal authorization.
