the total net offer price for the entire framework quantity (base and option) must be provided for each offer variant on the reading sheet! the contracting authority determines a maximum offer price for the total framework quantity based on the total price calculated with the unit price serving as the basis for the estimated value according to the second sentence of section 77 (1) of the kbt. the maximum offer price is: net huf 1,054,797,480. the contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with one winning tenderer. the requirement for the maximum price applies separately to all offer variants submitted by the tenderer. if all offer variants are submitted at the same price, the contracting authority will select the winner based on a draw held in the presence of a notary, in accordance with the provisions of section 77 (5) of the kbt. if the total net offer price projected for the total framework quantity exceeds the specified maximum offer price for any submitted offer variant, that offer variant will be invalid according to section 73 (1) j) of the kbt. the offered medicine must have a marketing authorization on the day of the offer submission in the public register of nngyk, and must also be validly listed in the pupha register containing the medicines accepted for social insurance (tb) support by the national health insurance fund manager, or based on the information in the decision accepting the tb support on the day of the offer submission, and must also be validly listed in the pupha register at the latest by the time of concluding the framework agreement, and the tenderer must be listed in the register of wholesalers. if the tenderer is not the holder of the marketing authorization, a declaration of distribution rights from the holder is required!
