Tenders are invited for 26A0010 - OPC service contract - DEMETER Tower rehabilitation works IAD
Quantity or scope: The total estimated cost of the works is €10,810,050 excluding VAT, broken down into the following phases: Site preparation: €152,950 excluding VAT; Phase 1 works: €4,978,410 excluding VAT; Phase 2 works: €3,514,030 excluding VAT; and Phase 3 works: €2,164,660 excluding VAT. This project management assistance (OPC) mission covers Phase 1 works, estimated at €4,978,410 excluding VAT. Furthermore, the estimated total cost of the project management contract is €933,725 excluding VAT, or €1,120,470 including VAT, for the entire project. This amount is broken down into phases as follows: Firm phase: €289,765 excluding VAT; Optional tranche 1: 219,300 euros excluding VAT; Optional tranche 2: 205,700 euros excluding VAT; Optional tranche 3: 218,960 euros excluding VAT.
