Tenders are invited for Design, Construction and Authors Supervision of a Fire Alarm System, Emergency and Evacuation Lighting in Educational Block No. 7 - Hall No. 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 of Technical University - Sofia
According to Appendix No. 1 to Art. 3, para. 1 of Regulation No. Iz-1971 of 29.10.2009 on construction and technical rules and norms for ensuring fire safety, fire alarm systems with automatic and manual activation must be built in Educational Block No. 7 - Halls No. 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 of the Technical University - Sofia, with the exception of the sanitary facilities. The contractor must fulfill this order in compliance with the current regulations.
The operation of the fire alarm systems must have access levels protected by a password. The rights of the different access levels shall be determined by the management and the technical team at TU – Sofia, depending on the needs.
The fire alarm control panels (FCPs) shall be installed in rooms in the relevant blocks, so that they are convenient for servicing. The contracting authority shall be obliged to indicate the room for the installation of the FCPs in each block.
The power supply of the fire alarm control panels shall be carried out from 220V self-service panels on separate uninterruptible power circuits.
The operating temperature range for the components of the FCPs intended for internal installation shall be from +5ºC to +40ºC.
The laying of the cables to all devices shall be carried out hidden along newly designed cable routes, by installing newly designed cable channels, etc.
All cables shall be marked with identification numbers, in accordance with the requirements of the project documentation. All connected wires shall be marked, including the name of the connection point, the potential and the name of the cable.
