Description:
The subject of this public procurement is to carry out a major renovation of the central square "Democracy" in the village of Bulgarian Spring, Teteven Municipality. The current state of the square space is with a poorly developed park environment, in poor general condition. It is planned to build and restore areas for public recreation, install park equipment and other elements of urban furniture, restore and renovate a former fountain, build new and reconstruct existing pavements on alleys and approaches and build energy-saving lighting in order to create an accessible environment. It is planned to build architectural and work lighting. It is planned to restore and renovate a former fountain, using "dry fountain" technology.
