By this notice, MTS Bank PJSC (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) announces an open request for quotations for the “Purchase of a simple (non-exclusive) license for the right to use Axiom JDK Certified for 1 host with up to 16 cores for 12 months.”
Any legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as Suppliers or Participants) who meet the requirements established in the procurement documentation may participate in this procurement procedure.
A detailed description of the requirements and procedure for submitting proposals is contained in the procurement documentation attached to this notice.
Based on the results of the selection, the Bank has the right to offer the participant whose proposal, in the Bank’s opinion, provides the best conditions, to conclude the Agreement.
Participants' proposals will be accepted electronically using the Sberbank-AST electronic trading platform at http://utp.sberbank-ast.ru/VIP (no digital signature required). Participation in the procedure is free for Participants.
The deadline for submitting commercial proposals to the ETP is 12:00 (Moscow time) on August 10, 2026.
