Tenders are invited for Implementation of a financial instrument portfolio guarantee with a cap on losses for strategic investments, divided into four separate positions. The financial instrument is structured in the form of a Portfolio Guarantee with a cap on losses, partially covering the risk of loss on the financing provided to final beneficiaries by the financial intermediary in accordance with the terms of the Technical Specification and the Guarantee Agreement. The resource for the financial instrument is provided by the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises Program 2021-2027 in accordance with the allocation specified in the Resource of the Financial Instrument section of the Technical Specification. Estimated value excluding VAT: 40,175,475.00 EUR
