1. ECOWAS Bank For Investment And Development (Ebid) Has Received A LINE Of Credit From The Exportimport Bank Of India (Exim Bank) Towards Financing The Cost Of Construction Of Kono University Of Science
And Technology, Koidu, In Kono In Sierra Leone And Intends To Apply Part Of The Proceeds Toward Payments
For Undertaking Works Under The Agreement For The Project. Ministry Of Technical & Higher Education,
Government Of Sierra Leone (The “Authority" Or “Project Implementation Unit”) Intends To Undertake The
Project Through Engineering, Procurement And Construction (Epc) Mode.

5. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of [USD$ 424, 400 (Four Hundred and Twenty-Four

manner as specified in this RFP.
6. A non-refundable fee of [USD$ 1000 (One Thousand United State Dollars) (in figure and words)]
shall be paid to the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) account, specified in the RFP document, as bid
processing fee.
