The Government of Sierra Leone, acting through the Ministry of Sports and in collaboration with the National
Investment Board, invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced firms and consortia of such
firms for the operation, maintenance, and management of the National Stadium Complex, Freetown. The purpose of
this Request for Expressions of Interest is to establish a shortlist of firms who will be invited to submit proposals at the
Request for Proposals stage.
