Tenders are invited for Open procedure for awarding a public procurement contract with the aim of concluding a framework agreement (FA) with the subject: "Delivery of automotive fuels for the executive authorities and their administrations", with a performance period of 24 months. The procedure aims to conclude a FA with specified conditions and three contractors, but no less than two, to meet the needs of the contracting authorities under Article 4, paragraph 1 of P?? ? 385/2015. Subject of the contract: Delivery of fuels, according to the conditions of the technical specification: Automotive gasoline (A95H/A98H/A100), including with additives/improvers; Fuels for diesel engines, including those with improvers; Autogas propane-butane; AdBlue additive. Users of the framework agreement: The contracting authorities under Article 4, paragraph 1 of P?? ? 385/2015, according to the List from the Participation Documentation. Exceptionally, it is possible that in some of the contracts part of the delivery costs may be reimbursed with funds provided under programs or funds of the European Union. Quantities of purchased fuels: The estimated quantities of automotive fuels (in total) for the duration of the framework agreement are expected to be around 35,000,000 liters. The specified quantity is indicative and not binding. Regarding the estimated volumes of the different types of automotive fuels subject to delivery, weight coefficients have been included in the price proposal template, which provide an indication of the expected frequency of consumption of the different types of fuels. Estimated value excluding VAT: 60,000,000.00 EUR
