The service for the Management of the Care Center for Dependent Elderly People (Residential Care Home and Day Care Center) in Mirasierra, Madrid. Senior care centers (residential care homes and day care centers) are social service centers that offer accommodation, community living, and comprehensive care to elderly people, with the general objective of improving their quality of life, and specifically, maintaining and restoring their functional abilities while providing support to their families. Currently, the services covered by this contract are provided by a company through a service contract whose validity ends on February 15, 2027. The continuity of the provision of these services is essential for the proper functioning of the residential care home and the day care center located within it, in order to achieve the aforementioned objectives. The services covered by this contract cannot be carried out with the Administration's own resources, as these (material resources and personnel) are neither sufficient nor adequate, and their expansion is not foreseen. Therefore, it is necessary and essential to resort to... external resources and proceed to contract services in order to guarantee adequate care for the users of the aforementioned center.
