The service for the Management of the Center for the Care of Elderly People in a situation of dependency (Residence and Day Care Center) Isabel La Católica in Madrid.
The senior centers (residence and day care center) are social centers that offer accommodation, community living, and comprehensive care to elderly people, with the general objective of improving their quality of life, and specifically, maintaining and restoring their functional capacities while providing support to the family.
Currently, the services covered by this contract are provided by a company under a service contract that expires on February 15, 2027. The continuity in the provision of the mentioned services is essential for the proper functioning of the residence and the day care center located within it, in order to achieve the previously stated objectives.
The services covered by this contract cannot be carried out with the resources of this Administration, as they (material resources and personnel) are neither sufficient nor adequate, and there is no provision for their expansion; therefore, it is necessary and essential to resort to external means and proceed with the contracting of services in order to ensure adequate care for the users of the mentioned center.
