The service for the Management of the Center for the Care of Elderly People in a situation of dependency with behavioral disorders - Residence of El Berrueco.
The residences are social centers that offer accommodation, coexistence, and comprehensive care to elderly people, in this case, with behavioral disorders, aiming to improve their quality of life in general, and specifically, to maintain and restore their functional capacities while providing support to the family.
Currently, the services subject to this contract are provided by a company under a service contract, which expires on January 15, 2027. The continuity in the provision of the mentioned services is essential for the proper functioning of the El Berrueco residence to achieve the previously stated objectives.
The services covered by this contract cannot be carried out with the resources of this Administration, as they (material resources and personnel) are neither sufficient nor adequate, and there is no provision for their expansion; therefore, it is necessary and essential to resort to external means and proceed to contract the services in order to ensure adequate care for the users of the mentioned center.
