hiring a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Specialist
During the period 01.02.2026 – 31.01.2029, IP Keystone Moldova is implementing the project "Stronger Civil Society - Safer Childhood: Supporting the Transformation of the Child Protection System in the Republic of Moldova", funded by the European Union, co-financed and implemented by IP Keystone Moldova, AO "CCF Moldova - Child, Community, Family" and AO "Partnerships for Every Child".
The general objective of the project: Strengthening the role of civil society organizations by increasing their contribution to strengthening the child protection system in the Republic of Moldova.
Project objectives:
Strengthening the capacity of the child protection system for the efficient implementation of measures to prevent child separation from family, abuse, abandonment and institutionalization;
Increasing access of children at risk and their families to quality, sustainable, family-centered and community-based protection services.
As part of the project, Keystone Moldova is hiring a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Specialist on a service contract basis.
The purpose of hiring the MEAL Specialist is to ensure the development, implementation and efficient operation of the project's MEAL system, in accordance with the project's objectives, logical framework, donor requirements and organization procedures.
The MEAL Specialist will develop and implement the project's MEAL system, ensuring the monitoring of progress, results and indicators, as well as the collection, verification, analysis and reporting of data.
The consulting services will be provided between November 2026 and November 2028 .
