:major Repair and Reconstruction on Han Asparuh Street in Tsaratsovo Village: Stage Iii From Matrosov Street to Severna Street
The contractor under this public procurement contract shall carry out construction and installation works under an approved technical investment project, completed in parts: Road, Safety and Health Plan, Construction Waste Management Plan, Geodesy, Fire Safety. The major repair and reconstruction project covers the section of Han Asparuh Street, between Matrosov Street and Severna Street. The length of the planned section is 729m. The
site has been issued with a building permit No. 269 dated 17.06.2025 by the Chief Architect of Maritsa Municipality, according to which the site is a fourth category, according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 4 letter "a" of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 1/2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction.
The purpose of the implementation of the public procurement is to improve the transport - operational qualities and bearing capacity of the pavement, ensure optimal drainage, strengthen the road body and road slopes, ensure a permanent organization of traffic, according to the nature of the traffic.
The currently existing street has a gauge that includes: Roadway - from 6.00 m to 8.00 m and sidewalks from 2.00 m to 4.50 m.

The beginning of the site is at the intersection with Krisi Para Street. The end of the site is at the intersection with Severna Street, or in stages:
Stage I from Krisi Para Street to Vazrazhdane Street with a length of 722m
Stage II from Vazrazhdane Street to Matrosov Street with a length of 491m
Stage III from Matrosov Street to Severna Street with a length of 729 m
