Tender Are Invited For DETAILED FINANCIAL, ECONOMIC & COMMERCIAL ANALYSIS-6MLD LNGP AREA COMMUNITY WATER ACCESS PROJECT-BUNU, CENTRAL PROVINCE
1. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Water PNG Limited invites suitably qualified Individual Consultants to submit proposals for undertaking a Detailed Financial Economic and Commercial Analysis for the proposed 6MLD
LNGP Area Community Water Access Project-Bunu, Central Province.
The assignment is intended to provide the required financial economic and commercial assessment to support consideration and further development of the proposed project
2. TENDER DOCUMENTS
The Request for Proposal (RFP), Terms of Reference (TOR) and Bid Evaluation Criteria will be issued to interested Individual Consultants upon receipt and verification of proof of payment of the PGK 100.00 non-refundable tender fee.
Tender documents will not be issued without proof of payment.
Interested Individual Consultants should contact the Water PNG representatives listed below to obtain instructions for payment and registration.
3. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Interested Individual Consultants must demonstrate the following minimum requirements:
a) Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering or a related discipline:
b) A minimum of 10 years' relevant professional experience;
c) Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and economic appraisal:
d) Experience in commercial analysis and infrastructure/utilities;
e) Demonstrated experience undertaking comparable financial, economic and commercial assessments; and
f) Availability to undertake the assignment over approximately 8 weeks.
4. PRE-BID SITE WALK/INFORMATION SESSION
Water PNG Limited will conduct a Pre-Bid Site Walk/Information Session for interested Individual Consultants to familiarise themselves with the project area and obtain clarification on the assignment.
Time and Meeting Point: Details will be provided to registered interested consultants.
Interested Individual Consultants who wish to participate in the Pre-Bid Site Walk/Information Session are required to register their interest in advance with the Water PNG contact persons listed below.
Any clarification or information arising from the Pre-Bid Site Walk/Information Session that is considered relevant to all prospective Individual Consultants will be communicated through the formal tender clanification process.
