Tenders Are Invited for Rfq - Gender Expert
Scope of Work for the Expert:
The scope of work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
? Document Review
Review relevant organizational documents, including the Strategic plan 2026-2030, Internal policies,
and Manuals.
? Gender Audit
Assess the integration and implementation of gender equality in areas including:
o Organizational structure and governance;
o Leadership and decision-making;
o Human resources and workplace practices;
o Staff participation and organizational culture;
o Programs and project implementation;
o Monitoring, evaluation and learning;
o Budgeting and resource allocation;
o Communication and visibility;
o Safeguarding and accountability. Interested candidates must submit their technical and financial offers at the latest by Wednesday,
