Tenders Are Invited for Public call for co-financing of youth expeditions abroad
The Municipality of Ajdovšcina, Cesta 5. maja 6 a, 5270 Ajdovšcina, based on the Rules on the Procedure for Implementing Public Tenders in the Municipality of Ajdovšcina (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 82/16), the Decision on the Initiation of the Procedure and Appointment of the Administrative and Expert Commission No. 41031-47/2026-1 of 7 September 2026, and based on the conditions and criteria adopted by the expert commission on 8 September 2026, is publishing a Public Tender for Co-financing of Youth Expeditions Abroad.
1. Purpose and subject of the public tender:
Co-financing of youth expeditions abroad in the period 1 October 2025 - 30 September 2026. Approximately 8 expeditions will be co-financed in 2026. A maximum of one expedition per applicant will be co-financed per year.
2. Approximate value of available funds:
The funds for the implementation of the public tender are provided in the Ordinance on the Budget of the Municipality of Ajdovšcina for 2026 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 85/2024, 36/2025, 55/2025, 109/2025 and 8/2026), under item 18048 - co-financing of children and youth summer holidays, for 2026, in the approximate amount of €3,200.00.
