Tenders are invited for Hiring of a specialized translation service for texts from Spanish to English, aimed at covering the international communication needs of Teatro Cervantes de Málaga and Iniciativas Audiovisuales S.A., facilitating the dissemination, promotion and enhancement of its cultural activities through materials adapted with professional precision.
the purpose of the contract is the provision of a specialized translation service of texts from spanish into english, necessary for the international communication of teatro cervantes de málaga e estrategias audiovisuales s.a. the purpose of the service is to guarantee an accurate and professional linguistic adaptation of the content generated by the entity, which includes written materials for dissemination, promotion and communication. the translation will cover multiple types of texts, such as press releases, web publications, promotional documents, event programs and other media, both physical and digital. in addition, the translation of content related to the festival of malaga and mafiz (malaga festival industry zone), as well as the cultural activities scheduled at the teatro cervantes and the teatro echegaray is contemplated. the service will be provided successively and will be organized according to levels of urgency established in the technical specifications. These levels respond to specific delivery needs, with times ranging from 6 business days to critical deadlines of 2 hours on business days or holidays, ensuring an effective response during key periods, such as the Malaga Festival. A billing model will be applied based on unit price per translated word, with the following maximum prices:
