Tenders are invited for spinning-disc-super-resolution-konfokalmikroskop the research focus of the applying groups is in the area of ion homeostasis, intracellularly mediated signaling molecules and the absorption and transport of drugs. the proposed spinning disc super resolution combines the techniques of spinning disc confocal microscopy with super-resolution microscopy to produce detailed images of subcellular structures in living cells. this type of microscopy is particularly important for understanding dynamic processes with high temporal resolution at the cellular level that are not visible in conventional light microscopy. the rotation of the spinning disc enables fast live cell imaging to observe subcellular structures and signaling pathways in living cells in real time. this is crucial for studying structures and processes in cells at the molecular level and in high temporal resolution. the spinning disc super resolution confocal microscope is a powerful tool in the life sciences. this technology helps to understand fundamental processes in cells and contributes to the development of new therapeutic approaches. the device will be installed in the center of drug absorption and transport (c_dat) in order to advance research projects of the applying working groups.
