Request for Quotation For Provide Installation of Solar Systems for the SENTRUM
Project
SENTRUM project also referred as the Project or the Facilitator in this document is seeking qualified Service
Provider(s) to provide solar installation services for small businesses in multiple townships in the Monywa
area.
This RFQ is intended to establish a framework agreement for a minimum period of one year. The successful
Service Provider(s) will enter into an agreement with the Project to provide technical services for solar
power installations across multiple locations near Monywa. The agreement will cover all services
mentioned in the Scope of Work, including equipment reception and storage, transportation to villages,
installations, and post-installation support.
The framework agreement will allow for multiple service orders to be placed during the contract period
as required by project needs. Service orders will be issued under the terms of the framework agreement,
without the need to renegotiate prices or service conditions, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery.
Installations will take place at various villages within the townships of Monywa,
