Construction of Western Regional Center of Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) at Badnera, Amravati including Consultancy services for preparation of Master Plan (LOP), Architectural drawings, Submission Drawings for local body submittals and other approvals, Working Drawings, Structural design or drawings, Detailed Drawings, Civil E and M Services design or drawings, Landscape design or drawings, obtaining of occupancy certificate or Clearance or Fire NOC or all necessary Permissions or approvals (whichever is applicable) for Administrative and Academic Block, Residential Building (01 No. - Ty-V, 04 Nos. - Ty-IV, 04 Nos.-Ty-III and 04 Nos. -Ty-II), Male and Female Hostel Building, Auditorium Building (2 Capacity), Parking (75 Nos. Cars and 559 Nos. Scooters), Outdoor Sports Area (02 Nos. Badminton court (Doubles) and 01 No. Basket Ball court) with complete development and Bulk services on Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis. .
