Tender Are Invited For provide wireline services in the Al-Jurf offshore field
Mabrouk Oil Operations Company invites all interested national and international companies (or their representatives) who are specialized and competent to submit an approved price list agreement based on demand when needed to provide wireline services in the Al-Jurf offshore field , to participate in the pre-qualification process .
The participant must have the required technical and financial resources and submit to Mabrouk Oil Operations Company the completed pre-qualification documents in accordance with the provisions contained in this announcement and detailed in the pre-qualification questionnaire for evaluation.
A foreign participant who does not have a branch in Libya at the time of pre-qualification is allowed to participate but must provide a commitment to terminate his registration with the Libyan Ministry of Economy by signing Annex (1) of the pre-qualification questionnaire.
Only pre-qualified participants will be invited to bid in due course, and no participants will be notified of disqualification.
