Tenders are invited for recovery or disposal of mixed municipal waste repeated
recovery or disposal of mixed waste (hereinafter referred to as "waste") cat. no. 20 03 01 in the expected quantity in accordance with Annex no. 1 of this call in accordance with Act no. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws as amended and the relevant generally binding regulations, in particular the decrees of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic in the area of ??waste management. a more detailed specification of the subject of the contract is given in Annex No. 1 of this call. collection vehicles of the public contractor will dump waste on the designated area of ??the transshipment station in the city of Stara Lubovna. the waste will then be loaded by the public contracting authority using a machine mechanism into the containers of the winning bidder, who will take it away with their own transport.
