Tenders Are Invited for Ldf reconstruction of the institute 429 1st floor building b - project documentation
The subject of this public contract is the provision of services consisting mainly of the preparation of one-stage project documentation for the implementation of the construction, incl. PD of interior equipment and AVT, ensuring engineering activities, providing technical assistance in the tender procedure for the selection of the construction contractor and performing author's supervision in connection with the implementation of the plan. The subject of the project documentation will be the reconstruction of 16 rooms of Institute 429 (mainly offices), including solutions for waterproofing walls and floors, incl. measures outside the building, new floor structures, new partitions, doors, suspended ceilings, modifications to ZTI distribution and replacement of fixtures, new central heating, heavy current distribution including lighting, new low-current distribution, new interior equipment and audiovisual equipment.
