Tenders Are Invited for The Municipality of Westland intends to conclude the Framework Agreement for the supply and installation of traffic facilities for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend twice for one year. The intended start date is July 1, 2025. The Framework Agreement includes the supply and, if desired, installation of traffic signs including sub-signs with a double folded edge (DOR), street name signs with a double folded edge and box profile, other signs including and excluding print, traffic posts, tubes and columns, safety fence boards and mounting materials. The following activities fall outside the scope of this tender: • Assessment of the (legal) correctness of the locations and quality of the traffic signs; • Traffic assessment of the location and installation of traffic facilities. Below is an indication based on average annual expenditure over the past years: Traffic signs including sub-signs with double folded edge € 45,000 Street name signs € 6,000 Traffic posts (bottle posts, tubular posts, columns, barrier posts, diamond head posts (recycled) and crash barrier planks) € 33,000 Fastening materials € 6,000 Work carried out by VCA-certified installation staff € 85,000 Total € 175,000
