The subject of the procurement is the choice of the carrier to ensure safe, efficient and high -quality transport services according to the expected increase in the needs of transport service of the territory taking into account the social and environmental factors and objectives of regional development. From the point of view of the procurement of services in the public interest, it is a territory especially for ensuring the service of PP Valalika.
