Tenders Are Invited for Framework agreement on asbestos remediation project office BAS
The Soil Asbestos Remediation Project Office falls organizationally under the municipality of Hof van Twente. When reference is made to the contracting authority, this refers to the municipality of Hof van Twente. The municipality of Hof van Twente is therefore the contracting authority in the context of this tender procedure for a Framework Agreement on behalf of the municipalities of Borne, Haaksbergen, Hellendoorn, Hof van Twente, Rijssen - Holten, Twenterand and Wierden, hereinafter referred to as: 'participants'. In the sub-assignments, the individual participants are the Client. The aim of this public European tender procedure is to arrive at a Framework Agreement between the Soil Asbestos Remediation Project Office and the parties that have submitted the most economically advantageous Tender based on the best price-quality ratio. Project Office BAS wants smooth-running remediations in which the client and the residents are relieved of their worries. The expected total turnover for the entire Framework Agreement (total of Agreements with initially five Contractors) amounts to approximately EUR 25,000,000.00 over the entire term including the option years, whereby the turnover in the first years will be considerably higher than in the option years. The above-mentioned amount is only intended as an indication, the Contractor cannot derive any rights from this in any way. All amounts stated are exclusive of VAT.
