Request for Expression of Interest (eoi): English: The United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia (UNVMC) seeks to award a contract for the supply and installation of security doors. The work site is the headquarters of the United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia (UNVMC), located at Calle 95 #13-35, Bogotá, Colombia. The contractor, at its own expense, will coordinate, process, and obtain the necessary permits for the execution of the works under the specified conditions and at the locations designated for this purpose by the UNVMC. The civil works consist of the execution of the activities necessary to allow the supply, installation, and commissioning of security doors for the armory and other complementary activities at the UNVMC headquarters. These activities include, among others, the following: the removal of existing doors, the supply, installation, and commissioning of two security doors (for the armory room and the camera room), among other activities described in this document. The Contractor must execute each of the works and services in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Colombia. The works for each of the construction and supply activities indicated in this document include the supply of all materials, transportation, construction equipment, tools, consumables, testing, and specialized and unskilled labor required to ensure the execution of the activities. The Contractor will be responsible for the removal, transportation, and disposal of surplus materials from all activities carried out. The Contractor will be responsible for the proper disposal of waste and all necessary procedures with the responsible local authorities. It should be noted that prior to final delivery of the work, the Contractor must conduct the final cleanup of each of the affected areas. To this end, each project must include in its costs the removal of surplus material and debris, as well as general cleanup.
