Tenders Are Invited for Mi-consultant Individual-audit the Profiles of the Two Consultants Are:
k1: Expert Specializing in Markets: with a Minimum Bac +4 Diploma in Procurement, Agronomy, Economics, Accounting, Law, Rural Engineering, Civil Engineering But Having at Least Ten (10) Years of Professional Experience in Markets and Having Carried Out at Least Five Audit Missions of Public Procurement Over the Past Ten Years.
k2: Technical Expert: Level of Engineer in Agronomy, Agroeconomics, Rural/hydraulic Engineering Or Similar Disciplines Having 10 Years of Experience in Terms of Management, Monitoring and Supervision of Water Supply Projects Or Agricultural Projects with Components of Hydro Agricultural Development (marsh, Watersheds, Hill Irrigation) and Intensification of Agro-sylvo-zootechnical Productions Having Carried Out at Least Three Audit Missions Technique and Procurement in the Past Five Years.
