Tenders Are Invited for Individual Consultant Responsible for Developing the Detailed Geographic Targeting Strategy and Project Beneficiaries the Services Provided for This Contract Include: development of a Targeting Methodology According to An Inclusive Approach and Adapted to the Needs of the Project; design of Tools Allowing the Geographic Targeting of the Projects Beneficiaries, in Particular the Constituency of Concentration Zones, Production Basins, Watersheds (delimitation) and Beneficiary Villages; design of Tools and Definition of Criteria for Direct Targeting of Beneficiaries Targeting Specific Groups Such as Young Households/heads of Poor Operating and Nutritional Insecurity, the Batwa Community, People Living with Disabilities, and Vulnerable, Individuals, Group of Individuals, Organization, Etc.).
