Procurement plan for Delivery of peat, agroperlite and vermiculite to the mielno forestry nursery farm in 2025
1. The subject of the order will be carried out divided into the following PARTS: 1) PART I – delivery of peat to the Mielno Forestry Farm, 2) PART II – delivery of agroperlite to the Mielno Forestry Farm, 3) PART III – delivery of vermiculite to the Mielno Forestry Farm. 2. The delivery of peat, agroperlite and vermiculite will be made by the contractor's own efforts and at the contractor's expense, the costs and risk of transport, packaging and insurance for the duration of transport will be borne by the contractor. 3. Deliveries will be made on the ordering party's working days, from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 4. The contractor is obliged to carry out the order in accordance with the principles of modern knowledge, applicable regulations and with respect for the principles of occupational health and safety.
