Tenders Are Invited for Design Office Responsible for Developing a Policy Document and a Strategic Transport Plan (road-aerian-maritime)
the Services Provided for This Contract Include Without Being Exhaustive By Transporter of Transport (routier-aérien-ferroviaires-maritime): (i) Complete Diagnosis of the Situation, Transport Infrastructure and Projections of the Reference Scenarios of the Transport Sector: General Environment-state of the Inventory of Urban Mobility in the Republic of Djibouti-state of the Inventory and Complete Diagnosis of Transport Infrastructure-analysis of Ongoing Or Forecast Projects;(ii) Analysis of Existing Institutional, Financial, Legislative and Regulatory Managers (including Institutional Support and Capacity Building Needs);(iii) Analysis of Government Strategic Guidelines in the Transport Sector;(iv) Development of the Proposals for the Development of the Transport Sector;(v) Development of a Policy of Policy and a Strategic Plan for the Development of Transport (road-aerian-ferrovia-maritime) of Djibouti, in the Short, Medium and Long Term, (iv) Define Priority Projects with An Estimate of Costs.the Start of Services is Planned for October 2025 and the Provisional Duration of the Mission is Ten (10) Calendar Months, Including the Validation of Deliverables, From the Start Date Notified to the Consultant.
