Tenders Are Invited for Supply of Spare Parts for Rehabilitation of Genset 1 and 2 of Hirgigo Power Plant and of Substations
the Government of the State of Eritrea Has Received Financing From the African Development Fund (adf) Hereinafter Called the Bank Toward the Cost of Dekemhare Solar Pv Project and Intends to Apply Part of the Proceeds Toward Payments Under the Contract for the Procurement of Equipment for Rehabilitation of Substations as Listed in the Below Table. for This Contract, the Grant Recipient Shall Process the Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and Procedures for Investment Project Financing.
