Tenders Are Invited for VHI RN Královky – selection of contractor
The subject of the tender procedure is the conclusion of a contract for works in accordance with the Contractual Conditions for the Supply of Technological Equipment and the Design-Construction of Electrical and Mechanical Technological Works and Building and Civil Engineering Structures Designed by the Contractor, the so-called FIDIC YELLOW BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, published in Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) in 2017, and other documents forming a contract for works.
The subject of the performance of the Public Contract is the provision of services, construction works (and provision of supplies) within the framework of the design and implementation of the Construction, including in particular activities pursuant to paragraph 4.2.5 of the Call.
The Supplier will provide the Contracting Authority with services and construction works (and provision of supplies) during the design and implementation of the Construction, specifically the construction of the Retention Reservoir (including the supply of technology), as well as the implementation of related terrain landscaping, under the conditions further specified in the Contract, including the commissioning of the Construction in accordance with its purpose.
