TRNC Ministry of Labor and Social Security is accepting offers for the purchase of buses and vehicles.

1- Bidders shall submit the documents requested in accordance with the specifications (tender participation declaration, provisional guarantee letter, signature circular or signature declaration, authorization declaration and specification receipt) and/or brochures, catalogues and all other documents requested in accordance with the specifications, along with their offers.
2- The tender will be held as Open Procedure.
3- This tender will be evaluated according to the Lowest Price criterion in order to award the tender to the most financially suitable offer that meets the conditions in the specifications and does not exceed the estimated tender price determined for the tender, and the tender will be awarded accordingly.
4- The amount of the provisional guarantee will be calculated by the Tender Participant, taking into account the rates in Article 4(1) of the Provisional and Definitive Guarantee Letters and Provisional Guarantee Rates Regulation. Bids without security will not be taken into consideration.
5- Bank letters of guarantee audited under the Central Bank Law No. 62/2017 will be valid as temporary guarantees.
6- Guarantee Term (Start and end) must be clearly written as date and duration. If the maturity date falls on a public holiday, the guarantee must be prepared by taking into account the maturity end date as the first business day following the holiday.
