1. SOURCE OF RESOURCES
The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services it provides to its beneficiary partner countries, is providing financing for this acquisition within the framework of the Emergency Program for the Comprehensive and Resilient Reconstruction of Infrastructure (PROERI) of the Republic of Costa Rica.
2. EXECUTING AND CONTRACTING AGENCY OF THE PROCESS
2.1 The Executing Agency of this process is: Ministry of Public Education (MEP).
2.2 The Executing Agency is responsible for this acquisition process, for which it appoints the Executive Committee of the process and invites the submission of proposals for the required contracting.
2.3 The Contractor will be selected in accordance with the procedures of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration established in the Policy for the Procurement of Goods, Works, Services and Consulting Services with CABEI Resources and its Application Rules , which can be found on the following website at the following address: https://www.bcie.org .
