The provisional security is set at the sum of: ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DIRHAMS (1,300,000.00DH)
The estimated cost of the services is set at the sum of: SIXTY FIVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED AND TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY THREE DIRHAMS AND TWENTY CENTS ALL TAXES INCLUDED
(65 424 223,20 DHS).
The call for tenders is launched in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 2-22-431 of 15 Shaabane 1444 (March 8, 2023) relating to public procurement, with necessary adjustments to comply with the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works and Related Services in Projects Financed by the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), due to the financing of this contract by this institution. Procurement procedures must comply with the IDB Fundamental Principles of Procurement and ensure that the Bank's Anti-Corruption Guidelines referred to in the Financing Agreement apply.
The content, presentation and submission of competitors' files must comply with the provisions of financing agreement No. MAR1037 between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) dated September 28, 2020, and Articles 30, 32 and 135 of Decree No. 2-22-431 of 15 Chaabane 1444 (March 8, 2023) relating to public procurement.
Competitors must submit their files electronically in the public procurement portal www.marchespublics.gov.ma in accordance with the Order of the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, responsible for the Budget No. 1692-23 of 4 hija 1444 (June 23, 2023) relating to the dematerialization of procedures, documents and documents relating to public procurement.
