Specific Procurement Notice : Acquisition, installation of post-harvest equipment and user training, in three (03) separate lots
Acquisition, installation of post-harvest equipment and user training, in three (03) separate lots. The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and SMEs has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) to cover the cost of the Agricultural Value Chain Development Project in Guinea (PDCVA-G) and intends to use part of this financing to make scheduled payments under the contract relating to the acquisition , installation of post-harvest equipment and training of users, in three (03) separate lots . To this end, the Agricultural Value Chain Development Project in Guinea (PDCVA-G) is requesting sealed bids from eligible bidders who meet the required qualifications to supply and install post-harvest equipment and train users, in three (03) separate lots within a period of three (03) months. Lot 1: Acquisition and installation of equipment for ten (10) storage warehouses and user training; Lot 2 : Acquisition of Timbi Madina storage and packaging platform equipment and user training; Lot 3 : Acquisition and installation of one (01) cassava processing unit in Kankan and training of users. The bidding procedure will be an International Competitive Bidding (ICB/ICB) limited to member countries as defined in the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods and Works under Projects Financed by the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), February 2023 edition; open to all bidders from eligible countries. Prospective candidates are also encouraged to review Clauses 1.18 to 1.21 of the Guidelines on IsDB Rules on Conflicts of Interest.
