Expression of interest for Individual Consultant for the Annual Environmental and Social Compliance Audit of the Boké-québo/phase 1/lot2 Road Planning Project
the Services Provided for This Contract Relate to the Evaluation of the Level of Compliance of the Project in Relation to Applicable Environmental and Social Requirements, in Particular:
evaluate the Degree of Compliance Application with the Provisions of Financing Agreements Including National Laws, Regulations and Procedures, the Environmental and Social Requirements of the Bank and Good International Practices (bpi) of the Project Sector;
check the Environmental and Social Compliance of Construction Sites Including Production Production with Contractual Provisions, National Regulations and Environmental and Social Requirements of the Afdb;(iii) Identify and Analyze, If Necessary, the Causes Which Led to Environmental and Social Non-conformities and to Note If These Are Systemic Causes;(iv) Formulate An Independent Opinion on the Correct Application of E&s Standards of the Directives of the African Development Bank, of the General Guide to Carry Out the Environmental and Social Impact Studies of the Republic of Guinea and in Accordance with the Project Funding Agreements.
