Tenders are invited for Modernization and ecologization Zevo OLO line K3 and K2
The subject of the competition dialogue is the selection of the general contractor “Modernization and ecologization of the Zevo OLS K3 and K2” in the form of a supply of “Design & Build” in accordance with the requirements, conditions, specifications and other data and information mentioned in the contract of work. The intended modernization and ecologization of the energy use equipment (hereinafter referred to as the "Zevo") should include the installation of a new combustion line K3, the reconstruction of existing K2 and K1 combustion lines, the installation of new heat and electricity production facilities, the construction of new and reconstruction of existing construction and engineering objects. The more detailed technical design of the modernization will be presented to qualified candidates who will be invited to participate in the competition dialogue. The aim of the competition dialogue is to find an optimal modern technical solution corresponding to the operating and economic needs of the contracting authority (i.e., the subject of dialogue / negotiations will be the technical proposals of qualified candidates). During this phase, the contracting authority may discuss with the participants about all aspects of the project. In the dialogue, the contracting authority allows qualified participants to introduce and clarify their technical proposals. The competition dialogue may result in adjustments, supplements or deletion of certain parts of the technical proposal (extent of the order), including the deletion of individual planned/constructed buildings or changes to the required technical parameters, due to constructive and technical negotiations and technical negotiations The final scope of modernization (required design activities, construction work and supplies of technology summary representing the subject of the contract) will be set out on the basis of the negotiations in the competition dialogue.
