this Call for Tenders Concerns the Provision of Consultancy Services to the Upu for the Development and Con-duct of a Study and Report Tentatively Entitled “global Study: Seamless Carbon Accounting for Cross-border Parcels”. This Initiative is a Response to Growing Demand From Postal Stakeholders – Including Major E-commerce Providers – for Accurate Estimates of the End-to-end Greenhouse Gas Emissions Associated with Sending a Single Cross-border (international) Parcel.
