Expressions of interest for in Charge of Activities Related to Institutional Support for the Capacity Building of the Bch, in Particular the Refocusing and the Revival of Its Activity Via Technical Assistance .
the Services Provided for This Contract Include, Among Other Things,;(i) the Implementation of a Development and Capacity Building Program with a Training Plan for the Staff of the Commercial Line and Commitment;(ii) the Review and Development of the Strategic Development Plan with An Operational Plan, An Organizational Development Plan and a Performance Contract;(iii) the Review of Strategic Policy Documents as Well as Management Tools, Namely: Credit Risk Management Policy, Internal Rating System, Risk Mapping, Liquidity Risk Management Policy, Updating Internal Procedures;(iv) the Modernization of the Information and Management System Which the Congolese Housing Bank Needs By Redefining the Computer Scheme in Order to Support the Needs Induced By the Context of Digitalization, But Also the Need to Support the Development of Business Applications and Allow the Implementation of Specific Risk Management Tools.the Mission Will Be Carried Out in Brazzaville, in the Republic of Congo, Under the General Supervision of the Project Management Unit (ugp), and the General Management of the Bch, for a Period of Implementation Not Exceeding Six (06) Months.
