Request for Expression of Interest (eoi): Provision of Ground and Aviation Fuel and Associated Support Services in Uganda in Support of Monusco
the United Nations is Planning to Invite Competitive Proposals for Supply of Ground and Aviation Fuel and Associated Services in Support of the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (monusco) in Uganda. Description of Requirement: the Objective is to Establish a Long-term Contract, for a Maximum Duration of 5 Years (3+1+1), for the Provision of Aviation Fuel (i.e. Jet A-1), Diesel Fuel, Gasoline and Oils & Lubricants in Uganda. the Requirement Entails the Following: A) Aviation Fuel - the Use of Commercial Facilites (commercial Airports) for Into Plane Refueling Services; B) Ground Fuel - the Use of Commercial Fuel Stations in Uganda for Into-vehicle Refueling Services, Provision of Into-generator Refueling and Supply of Lubricants. the Bidder Must Be Able to Provide All Services Included in the Ground Fuel Requirement. Split Award Between Aviation and Ground Services May Be Considered. Note: Full Requirements Will Be Provided with the Solicitation Documents. No Further Details of the Requirements Can Be Provided Until the Solicitation is Issued. Interested Bidders Also Need to Comply with the Pre-qualification Criteria Detailed in the Next Section. Please Note That This Request for Expression of Interest Does Not Constitute a Soclitation; and the United Nations Procuremement Division Reserves the Right to Change Or Cancel This Request for Eoi. Specific Requirements/information Interested Bidders Are Required to Provide Proof That the Bidder Has Experience Delivering Fuel Anywhere in the World (e.g. Copy of Valid Fuel Service License in Uganda Or Any Other Country Or Copy of Audited Financial Statements Where the Activity of Delivering Fuel Services is Explicitly Mentioned, Etc.) Or a Copy of An Agreement with a Subsupplier That Has Proven Experience Delivering Fuel, Alongside the Corresponding Proof for the Sub-supplier.
