Invitation to Bid ITB :Supply and delivery of grocery items - lot b
Bids received in excess of the abc for each project shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. bidders should have completed a similar project within three 3 years from the date of bidding. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations irr of republic act no. 12009 ra 12009, otherwise known as the new government procurement act. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent 60% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders from the bids and awards committee secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee fee based on the standard rates set by the gppb resolution no. 04-2012. to complete schedule of activities is as follows: 1. issuance of bid documents - august 19, 2025 to september 8, 2025 2. pre-bid conference - august 26, 2025, 9:00 a.m. 3. deadline for submission of bids - september 8, 2025, 8:30 a.m. 4. bidding proper and opening of bid envelopes - september 8, 2025, 9:00 a.m. 5. bid evaluation and post qualification - september 8, onwards bids must be duly received by the bac secretariat at the address below on or september 8, 8:30 a.m. late bids shall not be accepted. all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the irr of ra 12009. the city of taguig reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. for further information, please refer to: office of the bac secretariat 3rd floor, taguig city hall telephone no.: 02-5557800 fax no. 02-6422062 website: www.taguig.gov.ph
