Prequalifications Are Invited for Consulting, Urban Transport (implementation & Accompanying Measures Consultant) .
The “Sustainable Urban Mobility” project aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve the climate and environmental compatibility of the transport system in Batumi, Georgia. The project foresees the establishment of a modern traffic control centre (BOCC), the deployment of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), implementation of EcoMobility infrastructure along key corridors, and extensive institutional capacity building. The citizens of Batumi will benefit from improved public and non-motorised transport options, enhanced air quality, and better living conditions. The project encompasses installation of ITS equipment, implementation of a new city-wide traffic management platform, implementation of public transport and cycling infrastructure, capacity development for the Employer.

to Achieve the Objectives of the Project, the Following Measures Shall Be Financed Under the Project:
prepare Conceptual and Detailed Design for All Project Components, Including Bocc Building, Its Systems, and Ecomobility Corridors
support the Preparation and Implementation of Procurement Procedures
supervise Construction and Implementation of All Components
ensure Compliance with Eshs and Ohs Requirements
support Batumi City Hall in Project Implementation, Monitoring, Stakeholder Communication and Contract Management
implement Capacity Development and Institutional Support Measures
design and Facilitate Stakeholder and Public Engagement
