Expression of interest for Provision of Support for Agribusinesses, Financial Intermediaries and Enterprise Support Organizations for Enhanced Service Delivery in Farming Clusters Under Sapz Afdb States.
the Federal Government of Nigeria (fgn) Has Received Financing From the African Development Bank Towards the Cost of the Special Agro-industrial Processing Zones (sapz) Program Phase I in Partnership with the State Governments and Private Investors in the Five (5) Participating States of Kaduna, Oyo, Cross River, Imo and Ogun and Intends to Apply Part of the Agreed Amount for This Loan to Payments Under the Contract for Which the Reoi is Issued.
The scope of services to be provided are:
a. Rapid Financial Appraisal (RFA) Activities such as Data Collection and Analysis;
Financial Analysis including Financial Sustainability Analysis
b. Establishment of Financial Services Associations (FSAs) which includes provision of
technical assistance and capacity building to the FSAs
c. Inventorization of existing production and enterprise groups which shall be
undertaken in three phases namely inception, data collection and data analysis and
reporting phases
