Expression of Interest for Development of Innovative Financial Products to De-risk Investment and Attract Greater Private Sector Investments Into Special Agro-industrial Processing Zones (sapz) Programme Ecosystem (digital Financial Flow Monitoring System) .
the Federal Government of Nigeria (fgn) Has Received Financing From the African Development Bank Towards the Cost of the Special Agro-industrial Processing Zones (sapz) Program Phase I in Partnership with the State Governments and Private Investors in the Five (5) Participating States of Kaduna, Oyo, Cross River, Imo and Ogun and Intends to Apply Part of the Agreed Amount for This Loan to Payments Under the Contract for Which the Reoi is Issued.
The scope of services to be provided are:
i. Innovative Financial Products Development which involves Risk Assessment, Product
Design & Structuring, Stakeholder Engagement, Legal & Regulatory Analysis;
Feasibility and Impact Assessment
ii. Digital Financial Flow Monitoring System (DFFMS) Development which will involve
Needs Assessment, System Architecture & Design, Data Integration, Development &
Customization, Security & Compliance, Testing & Deployment and Training &
Capacity Building
